Who You Are: 

Figure8 is looking for a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to support all activities related to select and purchase lines of products, manage inventory and finished goods and assist in all phases of our product roadmap. Our ideal candidate is a team player, organized, logical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a new role on our team, and you will thrive if you are well acquainted with setting up and scaling processes, detail oriented, proven experience in the field and are self motivated.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Develops standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize inventory accuracy and capacities. Train and manage these expectations company wide, both domestically and internationally. 
• Responsible for conducting monthly physical inventory and regular inventory cycle counts at all brick-and-mortars.
• Creates and implements corrective action plans for inventory discrepancies that may include systems, people and/or processes. 
• Develops and implements an inventory management system for tracking, analysis, auditing, and reporting inventory levels for all brick-and-mortars.
• Success in inventory management to be measured by the repetitive testing of on site teams, but also by passing an annual 3rd party CPA firm Inventory Audit.
• Works cross-functionally to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize inventory and product capabilities, including recap reports. 
• Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality etc. and determine the best choices, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices in partnership with manager that is based in Asia Pacific Region.
• Manages product mix and develops purchasing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the contracts of purchase.
• Ensures integrity and compliance with all policies, control, procedures and standards including training and development programs.
• Implements quality audits that uncover root cause issues that are not being addressed by the team.
• Oversee replenishment by SKU, maintaining an efficient inventory flow with set inventory turns and service level KPIs.
• Drives 3PL productivity & process improvements to achieve cost savings, this can also include managing the relationship with 3PLs.
• Develops strategies to mitigate impact of volume surges & capacity constraints.
• Will be measured on Key Performance Indicators that include, but are not limited to, inventory to sales ratio (ISR), gross margin return on investment (GMROI), supply chain to sales cost percentage, PO tracking, day sales of inventory (DSI) and passing end of year inventory audit with Finance Team, as well as overall individual performance and contribution to Company culture. 
• Develops and implements additional key performance metrics for operations.

• Travel Expectations: 20% Required
• The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 USD and is dependent on experience.
• This role will be in person for the first 2 weeks of their role in NYC, and then will move to remote and commute to the sites as needed.
