The Cadence Solutions team seeks a Logistics Manager to ensure the efficient and effective flow of medical devices, equipment, and materials for Cadence patients. This position includes managing inventory, leading procurement activities, overseeing distribution, and optimizing supply chain processes to support patient care and operational needs. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:Order Fulfillment:

• Managing the order information to our 3PL.
• Reconcile inventory on a daily basis and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage inventory level.
• Track and triage shipments.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and an annual physical inventory.

3PL Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to prevent overstocking.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to negotiate pricing and terms to optimize procurement processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor procurement activities, track orders, and resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Implement and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate and manage the distribution of devices to patients. 
• Develop and optimize delivery routes, transportation modes, and logistics processes to minimize costs and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Implement and maintain best practices for inventory control, storage, returns, and handling of medical devices with our 3PL partners and clinics.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Generate regular reports and metrics on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, order accuracy, and delivery times.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize supply chain operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to healthcare supply chain management and reporting.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 3-5 years previous experience in logistics management preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tactical shipment transactions using multiple systems and processes.
• Solid understanding of healthcare supply chain processes, regulations, and industry trends.
• Experience working within ERPs, preferably Netsuite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. 
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines and compliance standards, such as FDA regulations, GMP, or ISO certifications.

• Expected compensation range: $125,000-$150,000 annual base salary 
• Location: Remote working in Eastern Time Zone
