Munawar & Andrews Santillo Llp in New York City, NY is looking for one call center representative to join our team. We are located on 420 Lexington Avenue Suite 2601,. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable. you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently while providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

    *Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries and concerns effectively. *Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability. *Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. *Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. *Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. *Follow communication scripts and procedures when handling different topics. *Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. *Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. *Meet performance targets for call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

    *High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. *Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative. *Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. *Proficiency in computer navigation and multitasking in various software applications. *Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure. *Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet. *Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. *Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. *Experience with CRM systems and practices is a plus.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $21.00 - $23.00/hour.
