Global meals is Hiring a Call Center Customer Service Rep Near Columbus, OH
THE COMPANY:
We are Casleo Corp, dba Global Meals, a well-established and growing company providing home delivered meals to the elderly in any community. As a Customer Service Call Center Representative your efforts will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of meeting the nutritional needs of older adults in the communities we serve by providing them with globally sourced healthy, delicious and nutritious meals.
THE POSITION:
Working as part of the Customer Service team reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails from customers and other job duties including:
Answering phone calls from customers
Managing customer accounts
Assisting with placement of orders, refunds and exchanges
Maintaining accurate electronic records of all customer interactions and details of any actions taken
Taking ownership of customer issues and following through to resolution
Ensuring new customer data is correct and complete, activating new customer in the system.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In addition to being passionate about what you do and dedicated to our mission and vision, Customer Service Call Center Representatives with the best chance of success will need:
A minimum of 1 year of call center experience
A high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent phone and communication skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
