• Host Innovation Center and Processing Showroom customer visits and supervise direct reports’ activities, ensuring customer sample runs and demonstrations are performed to a high standard of quality and a high level of productivity is maintained within the department. 
• Partner with Sales and staff to schedule and coordinate customized customer and vendor visits and arrange related equipment and supplies for sample creation activities.
• Manage all responsibilities to execute two (2) regional events in each food region annually. This includes planning, logistics, coordination of resources and equipment, collaboration on content development, and final execution of events. The direct promotion of and participation from customers will be the responsibility of the relevant Regional Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers.
• Assist with developing budgets for all respective events and independently manage budgets for events ensuring expenditures fall within budgetary limits.
• Coordinate logistics for film and sample products needed for sample package testing.
• Prepare customized multimedia displays with customer logo and attendee names.
• Inform direct reports of specific customer messaging.
• Inform Sales and Marketing staff about opportunities to participate in the Innovation Center, Processing Showroom, and regional event activities.
• Be an active student of packaging industry and keep apprised of packaging trends in the marketplace.
