As the Center Director, you will work under the Executive Director's direction to oversee and manage the PACE KC Adult Wellness Center. Your main responsibilities include creating a safe and productive environment for the effective delivery of PACE services, supporting SCC Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) efficacy and compliance, and managing daily operations of various services such as day center, clinic, social work, rehabilitation, recreation, and dining. You'll be in charge of personnel training, ensuring operational standards, meeting budgetary criteria, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Successful Candidates will have:

• Master’s Degree in business administration, health, and human services, or a related field required.
• 1 year of experience working with the older adult population.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in health care.
• 3 years of experience in PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly).
• 3 years of management experience in a geriatric care setting.

Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations are required before having direct participant contact.

Associates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or obtain an approved exemption for vaccination accommodation based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief.
