Position Summary:
The Regional Manager MMA is responsible for the delivery of business results with direct operational oversight and management of assigned affiliated health care ambulatory practices/ancillary services for MultiCare in the Puget Sound Region. This individual maintains specific responsibilities for business functions of ambulatory care including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, regulatory compliance, quality and safety initiatives, service excellence, and project management. This individual partners closely with supervisory direct reports, director, administrator, medical directors, physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing leadership and clinic staff to create and realize vision for the culture and engagement of the clinic, requiring the development of rapport and professional relationships.
This individual should possess a strong acumen for business and healthcare operations. This position requires competency in data analysis, change management, and performance improvement. Internal contacts include all levels of management and staff and shared corporate support services. External contacts include community providers, regulatory agencies, consultants, donors, and outside organizations.

Minimum Requirements:
Requires five years of leadership experience in the healthcare field; preferably in ambulatory operations
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required or five years of relevant healthcare experience may substitute education requirement at management discretion; Master’s preferred
