Now hiring for a dependable Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Specialist and Collections representative in the West Houston Area.

Duties include but not limited to: Knowledge of invoicing, small claims process, heavy collections, and filing proof of claims for bankruptcies.

Preferred experience in Sage 100 accounting software

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting.

Must have strong computer and organizational skills, self-motivated and independent worker who exercises sound judgement, positive attitude, and stays productive in a fast paced environment.

Tobacco free and drug free environment.

Drug test and background check is required.

Full time position Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience
