We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide an exceptional level of customer service for our clients. The successful candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, be familiar with computer software, and have interpersonal skills that can help solve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Assist customers who have problems using their credit cards.
• Take care of customers' problems in a friendly manner.
• Keep records of customer accounts.
• Handle payments for customers.
• Enter data into the computer system.
• Communicate with clients in person, over phone, and via e-mail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
