What we are looking for
Account Manager JD:
mroads is a growing technology company based out of Plano, TX with locations across the world. We provide both products and services to our clients. We are currently looking to add a Account Manager to our team. We are looking to add this position to our team to help with small to large scale clients’ accounts across the US. Some travel may be required for new accounts as well as maintaining strong business relationships with current accounts.
Responsibilities:
    Will act as a Point of Contact (POC) for all openings and closures that come through from assigned clients.
    Work directly with the Recruiting Leads to identify quality candidates and get them screened and submitted to the client for review within a timely manner.
    Conduct phone screens when necessary to assess candidates soft and hard skills.
    Submitting candidates into client’s portal for review.
    Develop business relationship to increase the business from the assigned and prospective clients.
    As POC, you will build a good working relationship with Client Managers/MPS Account Managers to assure that we are in good standing with the client.
    Assure we’re building quality accounts by producing strong and unique talent pipelines at competitive rates.
    Help to initiate new strategies and processes that continue to improve our recruiting and hiring processes.
    Act as the POC for all hired consultants with your assigned clients. You will help manage their onboarding process, help them during their first week, and periodically check in with them to assure their success.
    Create weekly, quarterly and annual reports in Excel as needed.
    Up to 25% travel to meet client managers and consultants.
Skills:
    Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or HR
    Course work or real-world experience understanding business development, business strategy, relationship building, strong, effective communication, etc.
    Must be comfortable speaking with candidates from different industries, discussing and negotiating compensation, making offers, etc.
    Must have good written and verbal communication and be comfortable working with Sr. Leaders within Client organizations.
    Ability to learn new software or skillsets quickly
    Must be a self-starter
    Looking for someone who will take initiative and be persistent with employees and clients to ensure high quality and fast turn-around times.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new priorities as they arise.
    Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (or the ability to learn).
