Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and/or manage projects with cross-functional teams including: Creative, Technology, QA, User Experience/Information Architecture, Production, and Performance & Analytics.
- Conduct and/or support effective meetings with senior personnel and team members, providing accurate information, concise deliverables and clear expectations.
- Develop/manage project scope documents, related schedules/project plans, project resource requirements and staffing assignments.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members, agency partners and vendors.
- Leverage strong verbal and written communication skills to begin acting as a liaison between agency teams.
- Strong organizational skills (attention to detail) with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and jump between tasks.

- Establishing project management skills and experience including:
- Schedule development, management, monitoring and oversight
- Resource management and forecasting

- Issue identification and management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience desired.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in project management or relevant professional field.
- Experience with MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Awareness/experience of Smartsheet or other project plan software preferred.
- Awareness/experience of JIRA preferred.
- Familiarity with the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting).
- Occasional travel as needed within 25 miles.
