We are actively seeking both a skilled Senior Project Manager or an experienced Project Manager to lead glazing projects in the Washington, DC and Maryland area. Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage glazing projects from start to finish
• Oversee aluminum and glass systems (Curtainwall, Storefront, Interior Projects).
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders (GCs, subcontractors, architects).
• Achieve budget goals and cost-effective solutions.
• Lead procurement, scheduling, budgeting, communications, and change management.
• Collaborate efficiently with stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality standards and meet deadlines.
• Use LogiCal software for effective project management.

Qualifications:

• Extensive Glass and Glazing Industry experience with successful project management.
• Proficiency in Aluminum and Glass systems (Curtainwall, Storefront, Interiors).
• History of collaborative work with GCs, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Proven budget management and cost-effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, architects, and management.
• Familiarity with project management software, preferably LogiCal.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
