Work Authorization: United States Citizenship is required as part of the eligibility criteria to be able to obtain this type of security clearance.
Clearance: Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
Key Skills:
- Must have knowledge and experience working in a database administration environment with an advanced level of understanding of database administration concepts
- Current or prior Census Bureau experience preferred
- Must have a PMP or equivalent certification
- Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects
- Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
- Oversees all aspects of projects.
- Must be able to obtain a maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree required
- Project Management experience - Minimum 7 years IT Project Management experience
- Must have knowledge and experience working in a database administration environment with an advanced level of understanding of database administration concepts
- 5 years SDLC experience working from requirements to implementation
- 3 years working experience with Microsoft Project experience
- 3 years experience with Earned Value Management and Risk Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage resources
- Ability to manage the day to day processes
- Ability to follow, implement, and manage Software Process Improvement
- Project Management Certification (i.e., PMP) required
- Experience working in a software engineering environment following industry best practices such as CMMI or ITIL.
