Production Cutting Services in East Moline has been providing metal component parts and fabrication services to large equipment manufacturers and metal distribution centers for over 35 years. We are looking for someone that is highly skilled and diverse in all areas of managing an office and is ready to use their experience to further develop our outstanding team!

 

 

A "Day in the Life" As an Office Manager

  • Supervise the Office Team of 9 including: Customer Service Representatives, Human Resources, Payroll, Inventory Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Part Time Office Assistant, and Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable personnel
  • Manage assigned projects including reworking reports, updating job descriptions, and compiling training and documentation resources
  • Assist with general maintenance of the computer system and workstations
  • Manage the information system including control documents used within the Quality Management System
  • Maintain office supplies/inventory
  • Upkeep the filing and storage of company records
  • Oversee Employee Incentive Program
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships for office accounts including coffee, vending, and paper supplies

What we need from you to be our new Office Manager:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree preferred
  • 3- 5 years of office management or related experience
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
  • Diverse background working with different types of management/leadership
  • Manufacturing background preferred
