We are assisting a company near the Maple Grove, MN area that is looking for a LOGISTICS COORDINATOR. This is a full-time, direct-hire Logistics Coordinator position with the company.

Necessary Skills for the Logistics Coordinator

• Experience in the manufacturing/warehouse industry.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to streamlining processes.
• Guide to non-direct associates.
• Strong collaboration skills with the team, upper management, and all lines of business.
• Exceptional technical skills in various warehouse software or the ability to learn.
• Strong ability to interpret corporate manufacturing goals into actionable goals.

Required Qualifications for the Logistics Coordinator

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Post-secondary or military experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office products and databases.
• Proficient basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.)
