Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A full list of job responsibilities will be provided prior to an interview. This position must obtain required background clearances. Requests for reasonable accommodation as required under applicable law will be considered.
Education and Experience
Required: Four-year degree in human resources, business administration, or applicable related field with one or more years of experience in company benefits coordination required. A combination of experience and education may be substituted for the qualifications stated previously. Preferred: In addition to required education and experience, at least five years of experience in a company benefits coordinator role. PHR/SHRM-CP is preferred but not required. Experience working in a non-profit environment for one or more years preferred.
