What will you do as a Customer Service Specialist?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work on specific client accounts for global companies supporting our sales team with orders, following them from placement, to ship and billing. You will work daily with products ordered from catalog or online and delivered to B2B customers, dealer networks, corporate offices, and business units. Each day is different, a variety of work is a guarantee, and growth opportunities are possible.

Responsibilities will be:

  • Enter and confirm customer orders via email, phone, and chat
  • Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and customers
  • Respond to calls and emails promptly
  • Organize, update, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Follow through on order status, customer satisfaction, and other order issues
  • Update and maintain accurate records in Microsoft Office, Google, and NetSuite
  • Contribute ideas and exercise good judgment

What will you need to be a successful Customer Service Specialist?

  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Promotional industry experience desired but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google, and NetSuite skills desired
  • Bilingual, English/ Spanish, a plus
