Summary:At the direction of the Director of Operations/and or Owners, the Metrc Compliance officer will lead, develop and maintain protocols for the Company's compliance Program. The Metrc Compliance Officer will serve as the Company's authority regarding OLCC and other state regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities: *

• Stay well versed with current and proposed state regulations as well as proposed regulation changes.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures including periodic inventory audits.
• Lead METRC activities and ensure proper data flow per regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with METRC and the OLCC as needed.
• Serve as compliance knowledge leader to cultivation, trim and harvest staff.
• Manage regulatory documents related to transfers, lab-testing, and sale of finished product.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience in a regulatory environment
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Direct experience with METRC required
• Hard-working and used to physically demanding work
• Passion for the cannabis industry
• Strong attention to detail and positive team player
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast paced, self-driven environment
• Must have or be eligible for OLCC marijuana worker permit
