RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Strategic Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for our client requests. A strong client advocate, you understand how each client account runs, and you solve problems resulting in satisfied clients who share their positive experiences with industry peers.

  • Preparation and invoice billing in compliance with company guidelines
  • Responsible for basic billing audits
  • Build customer relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
  • Customer facing responsibilities. Interacts with assigned customers
  • Coordinate calls, meetings, and communications between customer and internal teams
  • Address issues with customers and communicate with management on regular basis.
  • Perform negotiations on project activities with customer when required
  • Inform management on customer needs and business opportunities
  • General administrative responsibilities associated with supporting customer's request
  • Represents customers internally to ensure that MPX is creating a friction-less customer experience

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5 years of customer service and project management experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts
  • Superior communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven organization and time management skills with superior quality
  • Demonstrates a commitment to customer's needs, practices, tools, and behaviors with a proven track record of delivering results in a face pace environment
  • Proficient at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
  • Communicate effectively, lead meetings, and maintain documentation that is shared with customers and management
  • Is flexible and can an adapt to change, can make tough trade-offs when vital- within a timeline, and with the best interest of the customer and company
  • Works well in diverse teams with a sense of urgency, while being willing and able to make course corrections if one path isn't working
  • Has the core values of Trust, Respect, Integrity, and Teamwork and is accountable for their actions
  • Ability to ask probing questions and seek clarity to simplify client requests, and deliver details to others internally
  • Self-motivated
