ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

Our client was an orthodontic laboratory based our of Andover, MA and has been in business since 1976. Today they are the home for over 120 technicians and 22 3D printers and continue to grow! They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for their valued orthodontic and pediatric practices.

WHO YOU ARE:

You will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in a wide variety of orthodontic appliances, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent must be willing to work overtime hours as needed and in times of increased workload.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Accurately verify doctors' prescriptions for various orthodontic appliances for billing purposes, ensuring alignment between the prescription and the billing information.
• Manage a high volume of phone inquiries using a multi-line phone system.
• Communicate effectively with doctors' offices via phone or email to clarify or request missing information.
• Assist with remakes and repairs of orthodontic appliances when necessary.
• Utilize UPS World Ship for shipping needs.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and quality of work.

• Onsite: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm
• Location: Andover, MA
• Compensation: $20-$24/hour (depending on experience)
