Moxie Pest Control is Hiring a Sales Program Manager Near Provo, UT

Responsible for overseeing and managing the sales program to drive revenue, growth, and enhance sales team effectiveness. This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional team coordination, and the execution of sales initiatives. The Sales Program Manager will work closely with sales leadership to develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies and processes. This role will require a willingness to drive and develop effective processes which includes leading and also executing tasks.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure the sales program is scalable and sustainable through highly effective processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with all internal teams including marketing, payroll, and field operations teams to ensure sales program support and align on overall business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales program. Regularly track, analyze, and report on program performance to senior leadership, recommending adjustments as needed to improve outcomes
  • Equip the sales team with necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively execute on sales programs. Identify gaps in knowledge or resources and work to fill them, enhancing overall sales productivity.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all stakeholders involved in sales programs. Ensure that there is a clear understanding of program goals, processes, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with all pillars within the Sales Operations group to ensure effective processes, systems, and tools.
  • Look for continuous feedback from both internal teams and our sales partners to ensure efficiency and clear communication across all groups.
  • Lead projects related to both our summer selling season and recruiting season - ensuring repeatability and constant improvement.
  • Document all processes within the sales program and run projects to ensure effectiveness of the program.
  • Represent the sales program in all cross-department projects across the company.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Sales Program Manager or similar role in a sales-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and challenges.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
