You will, motivate, inspire and encourage our NIS Sales Professionals to reach out to customers with a professional, energetic and compliant manner. You will make sure your team is prepared and engaged on each lead as we are in a continuous quest for sales conversions and improvements. You must be able to effectively communicate with you team, manage your time well and act in a professional manner.
