Job Overview : Looking for a person knowledgeable (not an expert) in LEAN process development and creating process documentation and low-level training curriculum.

Qualifications *Good communicator both written and oral. Extroverted and baseline high energy / excited about what they are doing.

• Knowledgeable in LEAN / SIX Sigma Tools and practices Not necessarily certified or fully professional but has exposure with these systems, concepts & language.
• Technically savvy; knows their way around PowerPoint, editing and creating quality copy material, knowledge in basic Good’ design principles / website development (not scared when they hear HTML’, but not an expert.

Entry level exposure and experience is acceptable as a baseline if they have an interest and are keen to pursue more knowledge) *Eager to learn and grow.

Curious & looking to learn new skills and build something important not just coast by. *Not afraid to take the lead and speak to a larger audience on the message about what we are trying to do with new systems and processes generally a Can-Do person Must be able to work a PST time frame, Monday through Friday.
