Mountain West Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Laramie, WY

Job DescriptionMountain West Farm Bureau is currently hiring for a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our team to assist with performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR team. This position carries out responsibilities in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training. Will also assist with benefit administration, performance management, policy and procedure implementation, and employment law compliance. This full-time position is located at the home-office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday. You can expect a competitive wage of $3,458 per month.

Requirements For a Human Resources GeneralistIn this full-time position, you will operate in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and occasionally lift and move office products or supplies. The following are required to assist in the duties performed by a Human Resources Generalist:
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
  • Preferred Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience in HR and/or HRIS systems.
