Description

Manufacturing Company has a position open for a Senior Operations Director. Candidate will oversee manufacturing operations and manage plant processes, establish and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures and will lead a team of managerial staff to attain plan production and quality targets. Position also requires supporting improvement processes to ensure that cost, quality, safety, and customer service goals are met and to enhance manufacturing quality and reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is required as well as five years’ experience. Experience in the food industry at the management level, experience in manufacturing in multi-shift operations, and leading a plant through integration or an expansion capital project.
