The Junior operations manager is a management position in the operations department of our Company assisting our Executive Leadership Team in assisting manage our Mexico City and Cancun offices. This individual will assist on a variety of projects, programs, and initiatives that are typically division-wide or organization-wide. Conducts research, creates and facilitates presentations, tracks budgets and project/program activities, and collects and analyzes data to produce reports. Organizes and maintains electronic records and prepares and processes various forms. Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline processes and develop new procedures that support the business unit/department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
