We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Bookkeeper/ Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team, handling the accounting tasks of the company, and acting as an overall coordinator of the company affairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, accounting, general office management, and customer service.

General job responsibilities and qualifications needed to perform the job include, but are not limited to:
· Plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of each department.
· Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing business affairs.
· Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
· Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.
· Ability to work without close supervision and exercise individual initiative.
· Prepare and analyze financial reports, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and account reconciliation
· Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments
· Assist with budgeting and financial planning
· Coordinate and oversee office administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
· Employee onboarding & offboarding

· Maintain personnel files
· Assist in company insurance renewals and property taxes.
· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
· Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records
· Provide administrative support to the team as needed
