Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Duties:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Assist customers in English and Spanish, as needed, to ensure effective communication
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sales experience or the ability to upsell is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in other languages is a bonus
