Our Guest Service Representatives create a hospitable guest experience while performing tasks at the front desk. Responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Process reservation payments.
• Register guest information.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate as needed with management, other front desk team members, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Relay opportunities for improvement to management.

We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

• Scheduling flexibility preferred.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Basic communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet all employment qualifications at the time of hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
