Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and guest services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality or hotel management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest requests, and inquiries.
- Ensure smooth operation of all front office systems, including phone systems and reservation software.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest services.
- Assist with night audit duties as needed.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
-Conduct financial transactions including counting the daily deposit, creating change for the front desk, checking timesheets with hours in payroll, submitting payroll, data entry
Qualifications:
-High School degree
- Previous experience in hotel management or front office management role.
- Strong knowledge of guest services principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using reservation software and other front office systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
