Job Description:

As the Treasury Manager at Moroch Holdings Inc., you will play a critical role in managing the Agency’s Cash flows, financial transactions with vendors, including payroll, invoices, and payments. This position will report to the VP, Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash requirements to ensure adequate liquidity for operating needs.
• Process weekly vendor payments, including Credit Card, ACH, Wire, and Check, based on approvals.
• Investigate and resolve vendor inquiries and disputes, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Review statements, reconcile accounts, and resolve outstanding balances promptly and accurately.
• Execute payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately and timely, utilizing banking platforms and treasury management systems.
• Oversee the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor communications.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to vendor payment terms to vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Analyze accounts payable aging reports and cash disbursement trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms and discounts that align with the financial policy, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and other financial reports to support investment decision-making.
• Involved in managing banking relationships, reviewing fees and terms, and evaluating banking services to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, accounting, and Account teams, to support business objectives and optimize financial operations 
• Stay up to date on industry trends, cyber security best practices, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements related to treasury management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, or comparable experience. 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, 1099s, cash management, or corporate finance, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, cybersecurity, financial fraud, banking products, and treasury management systems. 
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and treasury management software.
