Position: Senior Treasury Analyst 
Position Type: Contract for 12 weeks
Compensation: $34-$37/hr. Depending on Experience

Job Summary:
Archon Resources as partnered with a growing company in Dallas, TX and we are seeking a dedicated Senior Treasury Analyst for a contract position. This role will be 12 weeks (subject to change) and M-F 8am-5pm. This role is hybrid and you will be expected to be in the office at least 1-2 times a week. The Senior Treasury Analyst, Finance is a highly technical and manual hands-on position, that provides support to the Europe and Asia Pacific business of our client across Europe in all aspects of the Treasury lifecycle. The Treasury Analyst will focus on all treasury tasks and responsibilities. The position includes a high level of responsibility, with extensive interaction with third parties, such as Banks, other countries Local partners, and with all levels of employees across multiple Practice lines, including management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Candidate will be responsible for all payments workflow, payments preparation, and inserting all the corresponding payments in the bank.
· Manages all payment instructions from Tax, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
· Controls all treasury flows on the company’s bank accounts.
· Handles all requests for payments made to Finance.
· Prepares payment report for management.
· Communicates with banks and manages requests to/from banks, and all corresponding actions needed by the management:
· Prepares all cash and treasury reports for all client entities across Europe.
· Ensures the correct booking of all bank’s movements and the corresponding monthly bank reconciliations.
· Ensures the control of all third parties (Clients) amounts received by the company, the necessary correct action for each, and the corresponding booking and reconciliation. 
· Investigates and follows-up solution for all issues concerning third parties amounts received by the company.
· Assist Finance Manager in financial and tax audits.
· Handles a variety of sensitive and confidential information needed for the treasury process.
· Assists with the creation, maintenance, and organization of the department online Policies and Procedures and related documents. 
· Assists with the integration process of Treasury tasks and responsibilities of company acquisitions as well of the integration of new practice areas within the Firm.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Certifications: 2-4 years experience required. Significant exposure to accounting and treasury, including multiple European countries banking systems. Broad knowledge of GAAP accounting.
