Responsibilities :

  • Source and generate a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of roles within our organization (Sales, Leadership, Administrative, Technical, etc.)
  • Perform pre-screen interviews to analyze applicants’ abilities by combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Leader and Hiring Managers
  • Strategically utilize LinkedIn, indeed, online research, etc. to engage passive candidates using recruiting methodologies
  • Share best practices, industry, and market intelligence
  • Leverage employee and candidate referrals and keep leads warm

Skills and Qualifications :

  • BA / BS degree preferred
  • 2 years of in-house or agency recruiting experience is a plus
  • Full cycle recruiting and sourcing experience is required
  • Boolean search knowledge to create complex search strings to source hard-to-find talent
  • Experience researching market trends and sourcing opportunities to create and execute effective strategic sourcing plans
  • Demonstrated experience as a brand ambassador who finds, connects, and engages with scarce and / or highly specialized talent
  • Willingness to learn, coachable, and ability to adapt quickly
