Join Accenture Marketing Operations.You Are:The Digital Services & Equipment Manager will oversee digital services and equipment needs for the assigned studios in US and throughout the duration of the clients and projects, while interacting with production teams and providing the highest level of service. The position will providing and maintain a standard of excellence for the Equipment and Digital Service team members supporting digital capture equipment for clients on a daily basis. Furthermore, this position is responsible for maintaining each studios in-house inventory of digital capture equipment and coordinating rental orders with vendors to fulfill client projects.The Work:Supervising the un-packing and re-packing of each studio/set for the following day and/or project.Manage the lighting and grip orders, staging, and testing all equipment in studioOrganizing with production and clients during check-out and check-in process of grip and lighting equipment at the studio or on locationProperly assessing and ordering equipment repairs or replacements as neededOversee that all work areas and set are maintained orderly at all timesEnsuring that all sub-rented gear is picked up from and returned to the correct vendorsProvide customer service to clients, internal production, and creative teams by fulfilling digital service requests accurately and promptlyManage delivery for all equipment orders with rental houses and Digital Service Team for both in-studio and off-site production locations.Expert knowledge of the capture and asset data management software to be able to provide training and troubleshootingHeres what youll need:At least 5 years of experience managing digital studio equipment needsAt least 3 years of experience using digital photography, videography, studio equipment such as professional DSLR, medium format camera or digital back systemsBonus points if:Bachelors Degree in Photography or related Arts/Creative programMAC knowledge preferred, experience with Microsoft Office and Filemaker a plus. Basic computer skills required.Experience with both Full production and the rental businessExcellent time management and customer service skillsAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly under pressure with a focus on delivering an excellent client experienceExpert knowledge of lighting and photography, both technically and creativelyKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with data servers and data asset management software is a plusAbility to lift 30 poundsTravel:Travel may be required for this role.The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
