We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with policies
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Administrative duties as assigned
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ability to manage benefits administration effectively
- Skilled in data collection and analysis for reporting purposes
- Experience in training development and employee orientation
