Title: Syndicate Client Services Representative

Job Description:

As the Syndicate Client Services Representative , you will serve as the primary point of contact for IG Syndicate EMEA. Your role will involve providing premium service, addressing client queries, and managing relationships between Syndicate desks, Council, DTC, and internal Client departments . Up-to-date knowledge of syndicate, clearing, and settlement processes is crucial. You will directly engage with trading desks daily and serve as a key resource for queries across syndicate teams.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client queries regarding Prospectus requests.
• Upload Deal Folders into Filenet/TeamSpace in a timely manner.
• Complete Syndicate wire Callbacks efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure syndicate transaction settlements.
• Handle SSI onboarding for syndicate wires.
• Investigate and resolve breaks effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong Reconciliation skills with high attention to detail.
• Preferred experience with Bloomberg, DTC, Client services.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
