Your New Role:

As a Sales Representative at Werner Plumbing, you'll be the face of our brand, weaving our story into the fabric of every relationship you build.

Pay:

  • $60,000.00-$70,000.00 annual base
  • Commission at approximately 1% of qualified sales (For reference, our salespeople, if successful, currently earn between $95K and $150K per year)

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new relationships with builders and homeowners to widen our customer base.
  • Quickly address leads from our marketing campaigns.
  • Craft and execute sales strategies that hit our business goals.
  • Provide potential customers with precise and persuasive quotes.
  • Guide the sales process from start to finish.
  • Show self-motivation and entrepreneurial zeal in everyday tasks.
  • Apply strategic thinking and organization in all actions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our support network, utilizing all available resources.
  • Ensure smooth transitions of secured projects to the Operations team.
  • Approach daily tasks with the independence and responsibility of managing your own franchise.
  • Independently sort and tackle tasks to hit sales marks.
  • Capably operate without direct oversight at the outset.
  • Be a pivotal player in the expansion and success of our sales department.

Hiring Process:

Job requirements

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in sales, specifically selling HVAC and/or plumbing installations to both residential and commercial customers, or 5 years of experience selling technical, high-value products
  • Alternatively, a candidate with 5 years of experience overseeing HVAC and/or plumbing installations for both residential and commercial customers is encouraged to apply
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Experience generating price quotations
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a self-starter mentality
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to operate as if managing one's franchise
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to sales
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
