We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, and community engagement.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product teams, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Stay abreast of the latest social media tools, technologies, and algorithms to leverage innovative solutions for maximum impact.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
