The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
Meet or exceed performance goals, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction ratings.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
