We are looking for a Call Center Customer Service Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. As a Call Center Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers, striving to effectively address their every need.
Salary $1200 per week Job Type Full-time
Responsibilities:
Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Outstanding phone and email etiquette
Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
