Moody Tongue Brewing Company is Hiring a Private Events Manager Near Chicago, IL
- Oversight of the sales, coordination and management of all Private Events at Moody Tongue.
- Active promotion and offering of the available spaces for Private Event reservations.
- Participating in relevant networking events and managing outreach to potentially interested parties.
- Developing and maintaining up-to-date Private Event marketing materials, including the set of offerings and associated competitive pricing.
- Managing all relevant external and internal communication to coordinate Private Event sales.
- Coordination of Private Event reservations and logistics with the General Manager.
- Creating and managing a calendar for Private Events, and coordinating when requests overlap with the normal operating hours.
- Overseeing all event requirements, including food, beverage, décor and other special requests.
- Coordinating staffing needs.
- Oversight of the space(s) during events, including:
- On-site event management and support.
- Responsibility for the cleanliness and organization of the space.
- Responsibility for the general safety and security of all guests.
- Ensuring all events are consistent with the Moody Tongue philosophy and brand, and ensuring the top priority is always providing the highest quality service and ultimately creating memorable experiences for Moody Tongue guests.
- Active promotion and offering of the available spaces for Private Event reservations.
- Presenting self in a professional manner at all times and with a professional appearance.
