Monument Construction is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Hudson, NH

Monument Construction Services, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Commercial General Contractor. We are seeking qualified applicants for Construction Project Manager.

Monument Construction Services, LLC is looking for a Construction Project Manager who collaborates with Engineers and Supervisors in planning, budgeting, allocating resources, and providing timely completion of the project. They also ensure that the project is completed within the set budget and is within the scope. Additionally, they ensure the project delivers the expected results and benefits. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be highly motivated, positive can do attitude, be detail orientated individual, responsible, respectful, and team player.

Job Duties:

  • Oversee that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
  • Provide technical support to Management and be responsible for developing and maintaining project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records.
  • Performs Change order estimating and change order negotiations.
  • Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices and submittals.
  • Managing and reviewing the progress of contractors' construction schedules.
  • Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.
  • Attend client program meetings as needed.
  • A safety leader through example, words, and compliance.
  • Oversee construction quality assurance.

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of project experience required.
  • Experience with construction sites preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, exposure to schedule software, Procore preferred.
