About Us
Grey Interiors specializes in all work related to interior systems, including metal framing, air/moisture barrier, drywall, firewall, framing layouts, and infection control in the Carolinas for corporate, educational, and healthcare settings. If you can imagine it, we can build it.
What is the impact of this role?
The Interiors Project Manager should have a solid understanding of the drywall trade, the construction industry, job site safety requirements, planning and scheduling, building trades, and work sequence.
For this position, the Project Manager must be able to read plans and specs: an understanding of Procore, MS Office Suite, is strongly preferred.
The Interiors Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates the development of multiple construction projects and oversees their organization, schedule, and implementation. Daily communication with GC Project Superintendents is required in order to complete all work on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
