What you'll do

  • Oversee on-site operations of a busy RV Community
  • Build positive relationships with residents, vendors and team members
  • Assist in the marketing, showing and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
  • Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
  • Collect rent
  • Following all safety & emergency procedures
  • Communicating with management daily
  • Adhering to Company standards
  • Provide administration support
  • Communicate, by phone, email and in person with team members and vendors
  • Enforce rules & regulations of community
  • Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
  • Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
  • Additional duties as assigned

What you bring

  • A desire to live our values daily.
  • Goal oriented, with an eye for detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to re-evaluate priorities daily and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and collaboration, both independently and working as a team.
  • A high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
  • A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
  • An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word

Requirements

  • 1 years of customer service experience
  • 1 years of answering busy phone lines
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay rate: $20-23/hour DOE
  • Full-time, 40 hours a week
