Requirements
Job Requirements of Assistant Property Manager:
- Minimum 3 years of current and proven leasing experience in multi-family apartments
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Proven leadership experience
- Able to multi-task and work well with a team
- Able to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule (8am-5pm-winter) & (9am-6pm-summer)
- Positive influencing, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as a leader and mentor to your team
- Valid Driver's License, and active car insurance is required
