Do you know how to mow a lawn, fix plumbing and electrical issues, and perform small carpentry tasks? Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community?

What you'll do:

• Perform landscaping, groundskeeping, and janitorial duties for a large mobile home and RV park
• Maintain and repair common areas, such as laundry room, bathrooms, office, clubhouses, pool area etc. This includes cleaning,, building maintenance, tape, texture, and paint
• Walk property daily, picking up trash and debris
• Help read utility meters and distribute notices
• Assist maintenance with projects
• Use maintenance tools including pressure washer, drills, landscaping equipment, etc.

Who you are:

• Customer service focused
• Observant, conscientious, respectful
• Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
• Mechanically inclined
• Self-starter
• Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
• Ability to manage a daily work log
• Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor

Requirements

• Experienced in landscaping maintenance, including tree/shrub trimming and plant care
• Valid Driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

This opportunity offers:

• 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday
