Description
Do you know how to perform landscaping and groundskeeping, troubleshoot and repair simple plumbing and electrical issues, and perform carpentry tasks? Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community?

What you'll do:
- Maintain, repair, and help remodel mobile homes and common areas.. This includes carpentry, building maintenance, drywall, tape and texture, paint, plumbing, and electrical.
- Assist with projects in our parks in the greater Arvin/Bakersfield
- Landscaping and groundskeeping, including laying turf and landscaping rocks for model homes
- Clean out any remaining items after a move out and change door locks
- Walk property daily, picking up trash and debris
- Assess and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues in the park
- Use maintenance tools including pressure washer, drills, saws, landscaping equipment, etc.
Who you are:
- Customer service focused
- Observant, conscientious, respectful
- Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
- Mechanically inclined
- Self-starter
- Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
- Ability to manage a daily work log
- Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements
- Experience with carpentry, plumbing, gas, and electrical systems
- Knowledgeable in landscaping maintenance, including irrigation, tree/shrub trimming, and plant care
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
This opportunity offers:
- $16-18/hour DOE
- Full Time (Monday - Friday 6:30am-3pm)
