Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Responsible for leading teams of internal and external resources for the successful completion of assigned large strategic capital projects from planning to documentation and closeout. This includes primary oversite of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, bidding and contractor management. Ensures execution of all phases of the project within compliance of federal and state guidelines Applies basic project management principles with routine guidance from higher level.
The preferred work location for this position is Bismarck, ND, Boise, ID or Billings, MT. Remote locations within the Utility Group service territories may be considered.
