Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the initial point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Building meaningful relationships with customers and ensuring exceptional customer experiences with every customer at the in store promotional event space.
  • Working in areas of heavy footfall at branded event stands with a view to attracting the attention of members of the public and discussing the products and services available.
  • Providing product information, assisting with order placement and processing sales transactions.
  • Data collection including collection of new customer details to complete the sales process.
  • Addressing customer concerns and delivering effective solutions in line with company procedures.
  • Maintaining precise and organized customer records.
  • Collaborating with various departments to provide comprehensive support.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance your skills.
