As one of our special Moneypenny Receptionists, you will undergo comprehensive training that will give you all of the skills you need to become a vital cog in the Moneypenny machine.

You will be representing Moneypenny to a portfolio of clients, as well as representing those clients too – impressing their callers by putting your amazing customer service and relationship building skills to good use!

Qualifications


  • Promptly and efficiently handing inbound phone calls and relaying messages to clients, ensuring clients never miss a call
  • Entering caller information into our system accurately
  • Fabulous attitude toward delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Data entry skills, must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook and Teams
  • Delivering the highest level of customer service to clients at all times
  • Available to work holidays and weekends (you will always work one Saturday or Sunday every other week.

  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
